Wan Fadzillah Hana Wan Sidek was appointed as Executive Director on 1st April 2005 and become the Managing Director in 2007. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Kansas, Lawrence. She started working in 1990 with the Kuok Group as company secretarial assistant. In 1995 she held the position of Assistant Manager in Hakim Corporate Services SB. She is also currently on the board of Tumpat Perangsang Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary company of Al-Muqarram Holdings Sdn. Bhd.

Lim Bee Peng has vast experience in her career having served in various capacities at Kuala Lumpur Industries Holdings Bhd since 1981. In 2003 she joined MP Technology Bhd as Administration Manager before joining AMHSB as Executive Assistant in 2004.

Khairosafri bin Md. Salleh joined AMHSB in mid-2005. He holds a diploma in Marketing from Polytechnic Kota Bharu. He worked as Purchasing Manager with Mekar Kenari Sdn Bhd between 1997 and early 2005, where his role expanded into marketing, advertising and customer care. He was appointed as Production Manager on 20th June 2005.
