Al-Muqarram Holdings Sdn Bhd (AMHSB) is an investment holdings company engaged primarily in the manufacturing of biotechnology products. Currently its main focus is in the manufacturer of quality products made out of lemongrass or serai, a plant commonly found in Asia and widely used for a variety of purpose. In Malaysia, lemongrass is part of its cultural life as it is widely used for Culinary, Wellness and Home Therapy as well as other sacred purposes.

AMHSB was incorporated on 3rd September 2004 and started business in April 2005. The issued and paid up capital of AMHSB is RM250,000.00. divided into 250,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each.
